This role is pivotal in overseeing accounting processes, financial planning, and reporting to ensure the company's fiscal health. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of finance to manage teams and optimize workflows. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of four finance team members, providing guidance and fostering growth and development. • Oversee all aspects of accounting, including month-end closing, operational accounting, and revenue cycle management. • Develop and implement annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies. • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Monitor and project cash flow, ensuring liquidity and effective resource allocation. • Establish and maintain efficient budget processes to track and control expenditures. • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate financial performance and identify growth opportunities. • Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future trends and prepare for potential challenges. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to best practices in financial management. • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong track record in team management. • Expertise in managing annual budgets and overseeing month-end close processes. • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis to support strategic objectives. • Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting and budget development. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
