This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence in retail environments within healthcare facilities. The Retail Manager 2 will ensure that retail operations align with Sodexo's mission to enhance the quality of life of our customers, clients, and the communities we serve. The successful candidate will manage multiple retail outlets, oversee financial budgets, and implement strategies tailored to healthcare settings to increase productivity and ensure profitability. Oversee daily retail operations in healthcare environments ensuring compliance with both Sodexo standards and healthcare regulations. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities for retail outlets. Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Lead, train, and develop a diverse team to foster a high-performing work environment. Coordinate with healthcare facility leaders to ensure alignment with overall service goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust business strategies accordingly. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management Ability to innovate and implement strategies effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Retail Manager (CRM) a plus Healthcare Retail Operations certification beneficial
