JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance functions and repairs associated with equipment/machines in (Machine Shop, Inspection,Assembly, Welding).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on shop machines andequipment.Interprets complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting procedures.Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and proves out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics,electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and other machine repair.Maintains facility by performing facility upkeep and repair operations.Maintains heating, cooling, and ventilating systems.Performs wide range of electrical repairs on equipment.Assists with the moving, relocation, and installation of equipment.Moves and stores hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety procedures.Follows lockout tag out procedures.Proceeds with minimal supervision.REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or minimum 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinationof education and experience. Industrial Maintenance Courses and or Technical Degree in an Industrial Maintenance specific area of focus.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:None RequiredJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products; Customer Property, Repair and Remanufacture; Customer Relationships andNetworking; Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and Other EOM Equipment ; Infrastructure andAsset Management; Preparing and Evaluating Budgets.Advanced computer skills.Advanced Language skills, Mathematical skills and time management ability.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises a few employees.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job.
