JOB SUMMARY:
Protects company assets and the welfare of guests and employees of Caesars Casino. - Assists the supervisor in their duties as assigned.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have valid Louisiana Driver's License with no DUI's or Suspensions within the last three (3) years.

  • Must possess skills in investigation, as well as, knowledge of gaming regulations and company internal controls. -
    
  • Previous Security experience is preferred. -
    
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. -
    
  • Must have excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills. -
    
  • Must possess excellent customer and employee relations skills. -
    
  • Must be able to obtain Alcohol Awareness, First Aid and CPR certifications. -
    
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. -
    
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English.
    
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    
    • 
      
    • Responsible for the safety and well being of guests and fellow employees. -
      
    • Investigates various incidents that concern the welfare of the hotel/casino. -
      
    • Reviews and approves all documents as needed. -
      
    • Assists the Shift Supervisor in the supervision and direction of customer safety officers in performing their duties and procedures of the company. -
      
    • Assists the supervisor in preparation of schedules and daily paperwork. -
      
    • Develops a strong working relationship with the police department. -
      
    • Provides supervision and leadership in the supervisor absence. -
      
    • Performs all duties of a security officer when necessary. -
      
    • Conducts good public relations with all guests and company employees. -
      
    • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
