Job Description:

CTC Commissary, a division of City Tele-Coin, is looking for an experienced supervisor to manage certain aspects of our inventory and stocking department. Theperson who holds this position will answer directly tothe GM.Some of the more important aspects of this position include the direct management of a small stocking crew, maintaining accurate inventory figures, enforcing quality control measures to minimize product loss,and ensuring productivity within the department. The ideal candidate for this position has a very strong and focused work ethic, is fair minded and caring but tough, and possesses a natural aptitude for(or iswell-skilled in)working *with*hisboss, his employees,and his fellow coworkersfor the overall benefit of his department and the company as a whole.

Job Description

- Train and supervise staff activities to ensure the successful ordering, receiving, rotating, storing, and quality control of all menu-based assets within the warehouse

- Keep and review records for accuracy of information, compliance with established procedures, and determine adequacy of stock levels

- Manage staff by giving written and oral direction, employee praise and incentives, and issue disciplinary action as needed.

- Use common inventory systems to track unit movement, ensure par levels are met, forecast ordering needs, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Communicate effectively with other departments and staff to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Job Requirements

- Ability to maintain proper attendance record and comply with dress code.

- Ability to comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.

- Ability to receive written or oral direction from management, respond accordingly, and resolve issues brought to them from management.

- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as create a productive and enjoyable environment for subordinates. (THIS IS CRITICAL.)

- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in order to meet strict deadlines.

- Availability to work evenings or weekends if necessary.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).

- Ability to visually verify information, locate and inspect merchandise.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence staff members in a clear and concise manner.

- Ability to use inventory software, computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office.

- Proven leadership skills, ability to handle differing personnel and department conflicts.

- Ability to set high standards of excellence.

- High School Diploma or GED.

- Operators License and chauffeurs license is preferred.

* Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place

* 8AM
