Join our dedicated team at Premier Transportation, an industry leader providing full-service trucking, logistics, and fleet solutions. We are seeking experienced Regional Class A CDL Drivers to help optimize supply chain efficiency across our regional routes. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods while upholding the standards of reliability and professionalism that our company is known for. Operate Class A CDL vehicles across regional routes to deliver goods to various clients safely and efficiently. Manage routes and schedules efficiently while complying with all company policies and federal/state regulations. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance as needed. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, adapting to any unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. Document and log work/rest periods, miles spent driving, and retain fuel/toll receipts. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Report defects, accidents, or violations and ensure accurate communication with dispatch and management teams. Proven work experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.). Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.). Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Must possess or be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement. Completion of a DOT physical examination. Clean driving record.
