Location: Nashville, TN (On-site) LHH Recruitment Solutions is
seeking a Wills & Estates Paralegal to assist an established estate
planning and probate practice in Nashville, Tennessee . This role
offers direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and
the chance to manage the workflow independently. Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, etc.). Assist with
probate filings and case progression. Manage attorney calendars,
deadlines, and client communications. Prepare organized estate
planning binders for clients. Send electronic invoices and track
time. Maintain electronic files in a paperless environment. Utilize
case management and document systems. Perform notary services as
needed. Technology Google Workspace and Mac-based systems
Familiarity with case management tools Electronic file storage
Candidate Requirements Trusts & Estates experience, preferred.
Strong organization, professionalism, and client service skills.
Comfortable learning and using legal technology. Paralegal
certificate or equivalent experience preferred. Notary Public, a
plus. Benefits Paid Time Off Medical, dental, vision insurance
401(k) with employer match Paid parking Pay Details: $40,000.00 to
