today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. HOW AN INSTRUCTIONAL
DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Design and develop instructional
approaches and interactive courseware to meeting training
requirements Outline the concept for course or curriculum, defining
the needs for the course, the course medium, content delivery,
assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning
approaches Create learning solution documentation (e.g.,
storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, and
courseware) Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and
development effectiveness. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor of
Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience 2 years of
related experience Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with
instructional design methodologies Strong oral and written
communication skills. Also possesses strong interpersonal and
teaching skills Ability/Experience to facilitate courses if
required onsite and virtually using conference tools such as MS
teams, Zoom, etc. Preferred Skills: Use of eLearning tools such as
Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Effects, Articulate 360, Composica
Location: Hybrid if living within a 60 mile radius of one of our
Louisiana offices, 1-2 days per week Louisiana residency required

Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary
range for this position is $59,741 - $80,825. This is not, however,
a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set
based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual
requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly
