Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description: Join a Tier 1 automotive supplier dedicated to producing high-quality carpet components for major automotive brands. This is a hands-on position within a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, consistency, and teamwork are paramount. Hours : 1st Shift 5AM- 3:30pm 2nd shift: 4pm - 230am Monday - Thursday, with potential OT on Fridays $17/hr on 1st $18/hr on 2nd Responsibilities : Operate and monitor machinery used in carpet production. Load and unload carpet materials into ovens and stamping machines. Work across various stations and production lines. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Ensure a clean and safe work environment. Essential Skills: Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift). Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working in a warm environment. Commitment to safety and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Preferred: 1 year of previous manufacturing experience (not required). Experience with production line, machine operation, hand tools, packing, construction, general production, tape measure, inspection, and blueprint reading. Why Work Here?
