Therapist / Licensed Therapist - LMSW (TN only) Type: Full Time,
On-site Locations: Multiple locations in Tennessee (TN) Purpose:
Provide counseling services to maintain patient care within the
Center, creating a safe and balanced environment for patients. Key
Duties: Work within a multidisciplinary team. Conduct assessments
and develop treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and
individual counseling. Maintain accurate patient documentation.
Coordinate care with medical professionals. Requirements:
Education: Master of Social Work (LMSW - TN only). Experience:
Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid. Physical and Emotional Demands:
Sedentary and ambulant work with occasional physical exertion.
Ability to communicate effectively and handle stressful situations.
Risk of exposure to infections; follow "Universal Precautions."
Competencies: Accurate patient file maintenance. Comprehensive
patient assessments. Clinical services and patient advocacy.
Regular attendance and adherence to company standards. Continuing
Education: Participate in mandatory educational programs and
