What will you do? * Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service, and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met * Assist managers in training and development of the team, and conduct team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports * Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume * Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests' and team members' needs within your assigned area More about you * One year of related experience * Superior organization and guest service abilities * Basic math skills and computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail * Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations * No college degree required Physical requirements * Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs * Standing or walking for the duration of the shift * Possible exposure to second-hand smoke and high noise volumes Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Events Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail at Nationwide Arena since dating back to the year 2000.
