We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time equivalent position. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, modern emergency department with a focus on clinical excellence, physician autonomy, and long-term growth potential. We offer a competitive $280/hour base rate, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative practice environment designed for physicians who value both quality of care and professional growth. Position Highlights: * $280/hour base * 25,000 annual ED visits * 30-bed Emergency Department with dedicated trauma bays * 24/7 radiology, CT, and ultrasound support * 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 Hours of APP coverage daily. Strong nursing support. * Predictable 12-hour shifts for balanced scheduling Qualifications * MD or DO with ABEM/AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility * Eligible for Texas medical license * Strong commitment to quality patient care and team-based medicine Compensation & Benefits * $280/hour base compensation * Malpractice coverage provided * Flexible scheduling (full-time 10-shifts a month) Why Join Us?
