Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team to provide high-acuity care to patients in their homes during day shifts. This position is crucial for those requiring complex nursing care, enhancing patient comfort and recovery in a familiar environment. As part of our compassionate team, you will collaborate with family members and a multidisciplinary team to tailor and implement care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes across the United States. Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs Administer medications, manage pain, and other symptoms Collaborate with physicians to implement and adjust care plans Educate patients and family members on treatment plans Record all care information concisely, accurately, and comprehensively Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license CPR certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
