Job Description Bridgehealth Partners is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, just 20 miles outside of Nashville. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a well-established primary care practice consisting of two physicians and five advanced practitioners. No call is required and providers are supported with numerous technologies to eliminate administrative burden. Excellent compensation and an attractive comprehensive benefits package are offered. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population • Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans • Promote health education and disease prevention • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions • Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care Minimum Qualifications • One year of experience as a Family Medicine Physician is preferred • Board Certification in Family Medicine • Active Tennessee Medical License • Comfortable using new technology and software • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment About Mount Juliet, Tennessee Mount Juliet, Tennessee, known as the "City Between the Lakes," is a charming city located in Wilson County, just east of Nashville.
