Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Integrated
Care Location: Lufkin, TX Position Number: P 380 Position Summary
Burke is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Integrated Care Clinic in
Lufkin, TX. This role provides direct nursing support to medical
providers while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in
an integrated behavioral health setting. Key Responsibilities -
Assist physicians, physician assistants, and advanced practice
nurses with patient care - Obtain and document vital signs,
medications, and nursing assessments in the electronic medical
record (EMR) - Administer injections and perform EKGs - Collect,
process, and track laboratory specimens and orders - Complete
prescription refills with appropriate authorization - Respond to
patient phone calls and provide health education - Maintain
accurate medication documentation and inventory - Coordinate visits
with pharmaceutical representatives - Perform additional duties as
assigned Education & Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited
school of nursing - Licensed as a Vocational Nurse by the Texas
Board of Nursing Experience - Preferred: At least one (1) year of
experience in a medical setting - Preferred: Experience in a mental
health or behavioral health setting Licenses & Certifications -
Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license - Valid Texas
driver's license. Driving record must be insurable by Burke's
insurance administrator. - Ability to successfully complete Satori
Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA), CPR, and First Aid
training Physical Requirements - Ability to see, hear, speak, and
perform fine motor tasks - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds -
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Schedule - Monday-Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Salary - $43,056
