Responsibilities: Implementing individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each patient. Educate and support families on therapy techniques and strategies to use at home. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education requirements. Requirements: Active Louisiana license. Ability to manage patients with different involvement levels. Willingness to learn and develop skill set. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
