Description Summary: The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized therapy services for patients in an outpatient setting. This role ensures compliance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act while delivering safe, effective, and goal-driven interventions to support patient recovery and improved quality of life.
