adolescents with severe emotional disorders across Middle and East
Tennessee. Our sole purpose is to support and treat those
challenged with serious mental illness and poverty. Although based
out of Nashville, we serve several communities across middle and
East Tennessee with satellite offices in Antioch, Gallatin,
Dickson, Columbia, Cleveland, Murfreesboro, Clarksville,
Cookeville, Chattanooga, and Memphis. If you are interested in

Clinician, Specialized Continuous Treatment Team SCHEDULE: Monday -
Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Leadership: Provides clinical and
operational leadership to SCTT team. Provides regular, consistent,
and quality coaching and professional development to Care Manager,
Registered Behavior Technician, and Supported Employment &
Education Specialist. Provides case consultation and clinical
guidance. Oversees daily team operations. Builds and maintains
positive, collaborative team culture. Clinical Intervention &
Support: Provides enrollment and therapy to Consumers in SCTT.
Develops behavior intervention plans to be implemented by the RBT.
Care Planning & Documentation: Collaborate with treatment team to
ensure care plans incorporate SMART goals that are data driven and
Consumer-centered. Work alongside treatment team members to carry
out therapeutic interventions identified in the care plan. Document
supervisions, team meetings, in-service trainings, assessments and
interventions timely and with high quality, within organizational
standards. Crisis Prevention & Intervention: Assists with crisis
planning to proactively support Consumers in navigating potential
crises safely. Responds to urgent/crisis Consumer needs in
collaboration with Crisis Services, and Treatment Team by
developing plans and interventions. Collaboration & Relationship
Building: Leads daily treatment team meeting, prepared to
facilitate and collaborate effectively with team members. Builds
and maintains strong professional relationships with Consumers and
their supports, treatment team members, and community partners.
Provides community outreach to community partners and key
stakeholders to promote program and facilitate referrals. Essential
Skills and Experience: Master’s degree in applied Behavior
Analysis, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (MSW), or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed or license
eligible Minimum 3 years of experience working with co-occurring
(IDD/BH) population. Excellent communication, collaboration,
initiative, organizational, and coordination skills Essential
Requirements for the Position: Valid Tennessee Driver’s License

collaboratively as an integral part of a team. Demonstrates
evidenced informed practice related to clinical care of
co-occurring population. Reporting to this Position: Care Manager,
SCTT Registered Behavior Technician, SCTT Supported Employment &
