Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee Proven
experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing role Strong clinical
assessment and patient management skills Ability to collaborate
effectively within interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication
and organizational skills Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive
nursing care to medical-surgical patients Monitor and assess
patient conditions, implementing care plans appropriately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge
planning Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team
