Job Description Job Description Urology - Physician Position Overview: We are looking for an endourologist to join our team, providing extensive care in endourology and stone disease through the use of cutting-edge technologies. The role encompasses patient care, education, research, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment. Our organization is in search of an endourologist to become part of the Urology Department in Nashville, Tennessee. Position Highlights: Collaborate with 4 urology faculty members and 3 advanced practice providers in the Division of Endourology and Stone Disease, delivering comprehensive care at the Vanderbilt Stone Center, which features a dedicated clinic and outpatient surgical facility with integrated lab, pharmacy, and imaging services. Focus exclusively on endourology and stone management. Utilize innovative care techniques and equipment, including PCNL, mini PCNL, SWL, ureteroscopes, and MOSES laser technology. Participate in general urology on-call duties 2-4 weeks annually, supported by urology residents. Engage in academic responsibilities such as teaching residents, fellows, and other learners, with opportunities to partake in research, clinical trials, or collaborate with nephrology and engineering to pioneer new care methods. Work within a collegial team environment that emphasizes supportive leadership, professional development, continuous learning, and mentorship. Qualifications: MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Urology, along with fellowship training in Endourology, demonstrating a strong commitment to our organization's values of innovation, collaboration, and quality.
