The role encompasses comprehensive OB/GYN services with hospital privileges, a flexible work schedule, shared on-call duties, and robust clinical and professional backing. Our organization is expanding and is in search of a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our collaborative team. This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced physician or a 2026 graduate who values compassionate care and teamwork in a nurturing private practice environment. Practice Highlights: Comprehensive Practice: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology services. Hospital Privileges: Access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women’s & Children’s Hospital, both equipped with Level III NICUs and conveniently located just two blocks apart for seamless inpatient care. Flexible Schedule: 3.5 clinic days per week, with options for a post-call day off and/or dedicated OR half-days. Shared Call Model: 1:6 rotation to ensure fair call and holiday coverage. Calls can be managed from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nursing staff handling patient inquiries. Strong Support System: A robust team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs), Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs), and a Physician Assistant (PA). Consistent in-office clinical support assigned to each provider. Weekend rounding assistance from APPs. Professional Growth: A solid mentorship and partnership pathway is available.
