Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech Job Details: • Work 5x8 hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM • Rotate on-call after 11:30 PM • Rotate weekend on-call coverage for 24 hours • 2 years of ultrasound experience required • Must have experience working in ER, ICU, Peds, PICU, and with portable equipment • Required certifications: ARDMS or ARRT(S), BLS, and state licensure • EPIC charting system experience required • GE and PACS system experience required • Must be comfortable with emergency team assignments during facility events • Work with patients of all ages: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Perform various ultrasound procedures including abdominal, vascular, cardiac, and specialty studies • Must live more than 65 miles from facility (non-local travelers only) • First-time travelers accepted • Trauma Level I and II experience preferred • No call-ins permitted - strict attendance policy Facility: This academic medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring 245 beds and advanced medical technology.
