Job Description Community hospital looking to bring on Pharmacy
Manager! Bonus Incentives, Sign On Bonus, and Full Relocation!
Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree required. Current license to
practice pharmacy in the State of Tennessee. (Or, willing to
obtain.) A minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmacy practice
experience if you have not completed an ASHP-accredited residency,
or Completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and a minimum of 3
years of relevant pharmacy practice experience, or Completed an
ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residencies and a minimum of one year
of relevant pharmacy practice experience. Board certification is
preferred in any BPS specialty. Some pharmacy leadership,
precepting, or management experience is required; a minimum of 2
years is preferred. Ability to travel to attend conferences, team
meetings, etc. Travel is up to 5%.
