Group has a 94% retention rate. The extensive package contains: - High earning potential $350-450k yr - switches to RVUs after 1st year guarantee base salary $325k. Production bonus at year end for over RVU threshold, $50. - $750 a month APP supervising compensation - 100% paid Malpractice and tail - Retirement funding with % match - Relo and SignOn $ - Medical-health, Dental- and Vision - Over 1 month off per year, paid while on their 12 month guarantee - Gym on-site for the whole family - Concierge service for the physicians - pick up keys for you, go grocery shopping for you, wrap Christmas presents for you for Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist - Full-Time - Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area’s preferred provider network of employed providers - Mon-Fri 8-5, 15-20 patients per day - can do 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient - group has 3 physicians with 2 APPs - the clinic runs super smooth and has Pulmonary, Rheum and Endo services - 1 Endo just retired. 0 Endo's currently. - DBE and dietician in the clinic Company: - The area’s preferred multi-specialty medical group - Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers - A physician-led DIAD group with its own board of directors - renovating the SICU now to 28 beds.
