Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech)
for an immediate travel position in Charlotte, NC.
Must have at least 1 year of radiology experience, BLS, ARRT (R)
certification, and applicable state licensure.
Responsible for operating diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring
accurate images, and preparing results for physicians.
Tasks include confirming patient identity, explaining procedures,
positioning patients, minimizing radiation exposure, calibrating
equipment, and maintaining records.
Proficiency with the McKesson PACS system and knowledge of anatomy,
physiology, pathology, and medical terminology are required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended
periods is necessary. Additional certifications may be needed prior
to start.
