Monday-Thursday 5 pm-8 am On Call Position expected to be available for patient triage and patient home visit if needed. Service area will include Round Rock to Temple. The Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) After Hours nurse will be considered the manager on duty responsible for all decision making and problem solving for the agency during non-business hours. This person will be responsible for providing telephone triage coverage and providing all patient visits as needed including all hospice death visits, as well as admission visits. The nurse will be responsible for communication with physicians as, hospital staff, patients and their family members. Additionally the nurse will keep informed the agency director and nurse managers as needed.
