Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at
a school located in Magnolia, DE. This contract role requires an
active Delaware SLP license or certification. It focuses on
delivering speech therapy services, conducting evaluations, and
supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) within the
school environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech
therapy services to students Perform comprehensive speech and
language evaluations Develop, write, and manage IEP documents
Participate in team meetings regarding student progress and needs
Collect and analyze progress monitoring data Maintain accurate
therapy notes and records Qualifications: Active Delaware State
licensure/certification as an SLP (required) Experience working as
a school-based SLP preferred Strong skills in evaluation and IEP
development Ability to use data management systems such as
PowerSchool IEP or similar Reliable transportation for daily
commute Commitment to a Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
schedule Location: Magnolia, Delaware (on-site work required) The
role supports speech and language development for varied grade
levels with caseload and grade specifics to be determined. This
opportunity does not consider Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
