Job Description:
Immediate need for real estate closing paralegal seeking
fulltime work hours Monday to Friday and some over time as needed.
Must be fullcharge independent paralegal, applicant must be a
Louisiana Notary, must be able to process ALL loan documents for
closings and actually close loans. Must be able to understand and
review title abstracts, handle all financial aspects of closings,
prepare checks, understand title insurnace and write title policies
and opinions. Must be a ble to work with Bankers, mortgage lenders,
realtors and also with office clients by phone , e-mails, fax and
in person.Great compensation for the right applicant. Only
