Job Description Job Description Job Title: Accountant I Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Full-Time Department: Finance & Accounting Reports To: Accounting Manager What You'll Do Assist with preparing financial reports (sales & use tax) and statement reconciliation Enter and maintain accurate financial data related to sales & fuel tax for multiple states Reconcile bank accounts and transactions Support billing/AR process Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities Learn and apply accounting principles and compliance standards Collaborating with team members across departments What We Need from YOU! Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent grads welcome & encouraged to apply) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Table required) and accounting software Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Good communication and teamwork skills Bonus Points If You Have Internship or volunteer experience in accounting/tax or finance Familiarity with GAAP or corporate taxes Exposure to tools like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Mas90, or other ERP systems Why Join Us?
