School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
district in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated School
Psychologist to provide critical support for special education
evaluations within multiple school buildings. This contract
position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by
collaborating with staff and families to ensure students receive
appropriate services in compliance with special education laws. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct approximately 70 psychoeducational
evaluations annually across three school buildings. Collaborate
with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support
student needs. Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss
progress and coordinate services. Ensure compliance with special
education requirements and regulations. Report directly to the
district supervisor for guidance and performance reviews.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Indiana School Psychologist
license is required. Experience conducting psychoeducational
assessments and eligibility determinations preferred. Strong
understanding of special education law, policies, and compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with families and school personnel. Location &
Schedule: Based onsite in Columbus, Indiana. Full-time, Monday
through Friday. Work hours: 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Contract runs ASAP
through May 21, 2026, with the potential for extension into the
